One company, whole-property work · Wyoming & Colorado

The company you trusted over your head, for the rest of the house.

You may know us for roofs. The same company plans and builds the rest of the property — siding, kitchens, basements, additions, and the rebuild after something goes wrong. Written scopes, scheduled work, one standard: Built Powder River Tough.

Four kinds of work, one company: roofing & exterior · interior remodeling · construction & reconstruction · restoration & insurance support.

Roofing & exterior

Roofing is where this company started, and it’s still the work everything else gets measured against. The full roofing lineup has its own hub: all roofing services.

Roof repair

Leaks, flashing, wind-lifted shingles, hail bruising, tired components. We get on the roof, look at what’s actually there, and hand you a written repair scope before any work is booked — no quotes from the driveway.

Roof replacement

When repair stops being the right answer, we plan the replacement: materials matched to manufacturer specifications, a clear written scope, and a scheduled build — not a pitch on the doorstep.

Storm & hail damage

After the storm passes and the urgency fades, the roof still has to be put right. We inspect, document what the storm did, and schedule planned repair on a written scope — whether or not an insurance claim is part of it.

Emergency roof help

The line is answered 24/7 — a person, not a voicemail. If a storm just opened your roof, we coordinate board-up, tarping, and stabilization, subject to availability. We don’t promise arrival windows; we tell you honestly what we can reach and how soon.

If water is coming in right now, call (307) 323-4465 and say that first.

Siding & exterior envelope

Siding, soffit, fascia, and the rest of the exterior shell, planned and built as one scope with the roof or as its own project. One company on the whole envelope means the flashing, the wrap, and the water path get treated as a system instead of three contractors’ edges.

Gutters, with the roof work

Gutters and downspouts sized and hung as part of the roof scope — one envelope, one scope — instead of a second crew working over the first one’s edge metal.

Asphalt paving & concrete

Planned flatwork alongside exterior projects: driveways, walks, aprons, and pads, scheduled with the rest of the job so the site gets torn up once, not twice.

Interior remodeling

The same planning discipline, brought inside the house: decisions made up front, a written scope, a scheduled build.

Kitchen remodeling

Layout, cabinets, counters, and finishes worked out before demolition starts — a planned kitchen remodel on a written scope, built around how you actually cook and live in the room.

Bathroom remodeling

From a fixture-and-finish refresh to a full gut and re-layout — scoped in writing and scheduled so the project is built to be finished, not dragged out.

Basement finishing

Unfinished square footage turned into real rooms: framing, insulation, and finishes planned as one written scope, so the basement ends up feeling like part of the house instead of below it.

Flooring

Flooring on its own or inside a bigger remodel — replacement and upgrade in the materials that make sense for the room, planned and scheduled rather than squeezed in around other trades.

Construction & reconstruction

Bigger than a room, up to the whole building — planned construction with one company accountable for the outcome.

Building renovations

Whole-building renovation, planned front to back: scope, sequence, and schedule set before the first wall opens, so the project has a shape instead of a drift.

Residential construction — remodels & additions

Room additions and larger remodels, taken from idea to written scope to finished build. We’ll tell you early what’s realistic for the structure and the budget — before you’re committed, not after.

Commercial & retail construction

Planned commercial work, including retail spaces — scoped and scheduled around how the business needs to keep operating, with the disruption named up front instead of discovered mid-project.

Tenant improvements & commercial interiors

Build-outs and interior work for commercial spaces — from a landlord’s white box to a working space, on a written scope with a schedule the tenant can plan around.

Construction management

Owner’s-side management of a project: we scope it, bid it, coordinate permitting where required, and manage the work through a vetted network of trade subcontractors — one point of accountability instead of five business cards.

Design-build & project management

One team from design through build. The people planning the work are the people pricing it, so the drawings and the budget stop arguing with each other.

Reconstruction & structural rebuilds

Major reconstruction when part of a structure has to come back — additions-grade rebuild work, planned, scoped in writing, and scheduled like the serious project it is.

Electrical & plumbing, through vetted trades

Electrical and plumbing on our projects are delivered through a vetted network of trade subcontractors — we don’t hold trade licenses ourselves and won’t pretend to. Work remains subject to applicable local licensing and permit requirements.

Restoration & insurance support

When something goes wrong — water, fire, sewage — the emergency eventually ends, and what’s left is a rebuild that deserves the same planning as any other project. That part is ours.

Water damage restoration

After the leak or the burst pipe: we coordinate the dry-out, then rebuild what the water took — drywall, trim, flooring, finishes — on a planned, written scope instead of a rushed patch.

Fire & smoke damage restoration

Once the property is stabilized, we plan the rebuild: post-fire residue assessment and cleanup, then reconstruction of the damaged areas — scoped in writing and scheduled, so recovery moves at a deliberate pace instead of a panicked one.

Mold remediation

Mold usually turns up mid-project, behind a wall nobody had opened in years. We assess it, remediate it, and rebuild the area inside the same scope — instead of stopping your project cold and handing you a second contractor to find.

Sewage cleanup

Cleanup first, then planned repair of the finishes and materials the backup ruined — one company through both halves of the job.

Contents restoration & cleaning

When damage touches what’s in the rooms, not just the rooms: contents inventoried, cleaned, and restored alongside the interior rebuild, so the house and what fills it come back together.

Insurance-scope support

If a claim is part of your project, we document conditions and scope clearly for you and your adjuster. Your insurer decides coverage — not us — and we won’t promise approvals or settlements. What good documentation buys you is a decision made on the facts.

How insurance-scope support works →

All of it runs from two bases: the Front Range corridor north of Denver up to Cheyenne and Laramie, plus Sterling, Fort Morgan, and Brush; and the Sheridan area — Sheridan, Big Horn, Story, Ranchester, Dayton, and Buffalo. If you’re outside those, call and we’ll tell you straight. We’re bonded and insured, veteran-owned, and our owner has passed the ICC F11 & F14 National Standard Exams.
