Kitchen remodeling, planned before demolition starts

Planned kitchen remodeling for Wyoming and Colorado homeowners. The same discipline we bring to a roof, brought inside the house: decisions made up front, a written scope, a scheduled build.

Planned interior work

What a kitchen scope can cover

Layout, cabinets, counters, and finishes — worked out before demolition starts, and built around how you actually cook and live in the room.

We put the scope in writing before work starts. Exact scope depends on what we find and on the decisions you make, and is confirmed for your property before work begins.

Electrical and plumbing on our projects are delivered through a vetted network of trade subcontractors — we don’t hold trade licenses ourselves and won’t pretend to. Work remains subject to applicable local licensing and permit requirements.

Common kitchen work

  • Layout & cabinetry — reworked or reconfigured around how you actually cook
  • Counters & backsplash — material and edge choices confirmed before templating
  • Appliance & plumbing relocation — coordinated through a vetted network of trade subcontractors
  • Flooring — run inside the remodel or scoped on its own, in materials that fit the room

Material & sizing options

Countertop material, matched to how the kitchen gets used

Quartz (engineered stone)

Non-porous and doesn’t need sealing, which makes it forgiving around daily cooking and spills. Consistent pattern from slab to slab since it’s engineered rather than quarried, and holds up well to heat when a trivet is used — direct hot-pan contact can still cause damage.

Granite

Natural stone with pattern variation unique to each slab, which some owners want and others don’t — worth seeing the actual slab before committing. Needs periodic sealing to stay stain-resistant and handles direct heat better than quartz.

Laminate

The lowest-cost option and available in a wide range of finishes, including convincing stone-look patterns. Not heat- or scratch-resistant the way stone and quartz are, and damage generally means replacing the affected section rather than repairing it.

Cabinet work follows a similar decision: full replacement, refacing (new doors and drawer fronts on the existing boxes), or refinishing, depending on what the existing cabinets can support. We confirm which approach fits your kitchen’s layout and budget before the scope is written, not after.

How it works

From concern to closeout

01

Listen

How you cook, how the room gets used, and what isn’t working about the layout now.

02

Assess

Existing cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical checked against what the new layout needs.

03

Scope

Layout, cabinets, counters, and finishes written into one scope before demolition.

04

Coordinate

Build scheduled and done to it, with one kitchen handed back finished.

Straight answers

Common questions

What gets decided before demolition starts?

Layout, cabinets, counters, and finishes. Those choices are worked out up front and written into the scope, so the build starts from settled decisions rather than open ones.

Can flooring be part of the kitchen remodel?

Yes — flooring can run inside the remodel or stand on its own, in the materials that make sense for the room. Either way it’s planned and scheduled rather than squeezed in around other trades.

How soon can you start?

We confirm scheduling and service area for your property when you reach out. Tell us the property location and what you’re planning.

Can the layout change, or only the finishes?

Both are on the table. Moving cabinets, counters, or plumbing changes the cost and timeline more than swapping finishes in place, so which one you want is settled before the scope is written.

Do you coordinate appliance delivery?

We coordinate the rough-in and hookups around your appliance choices and their delivery timeline, so the kitchen isn’t finished waiting on a piece that hasn’t arrived.
