Roof repair in Wyoming & Colorado
A roof problem does not always mean replacement. When a repair is the right call, we scope it from a documented inspection — so the fix addresses what’s actually wrong, not a guess.
Repair scopes
What a repair scope can cover
We photograph conditions, explain what we find, and put the repair scope in writing before work starts.
Exact scope depends on the inspection findings and is confirmed for your property before work begins.

Common repair work
- Leak investigation and targeted repair
- Wind- and hail-related damage repair
- Flashing, valley, and penetration repairs — vents, pipes, chimneys
- Shingle, underlayment, and component repair or partial replacement
- Sealing and detail work identified during the inspection
From our own inspections
What we’re actually looking for.
Repairs get scoped off documented condition, not a guess from the driveway. These are our own photos from real roofs.

Our own documentation from real jobs — not stock photography. Shared with the property owners’ permission.
Repair scope, by type
Common repair scopes, and how they differ
Flashing & penetrations
The most common source of an active leak — a failed seal at a chimney, vent, skylight, or valley. Usually the fastest repair to complete once the source is documented, and often doesn’t require touching the surrounding shingles or membrane at all.
Shingle & membrane sections
Wind, hail, or age-related damage confined to a section rather than the whole roof. We match the existing material as closely as possible, though some color variation on an older roof is expected — we flag that before starting, not after.
Decking & structural
Found when a leak has been running long enough to soften or rot the decking underneath. The largest scope of the three — it means opening up the roof surface to replace the affected decking before anything goes back down.
Which of these a job actually needs isn’t knowable from the ground or from a photo — it’s why every repair starts with a documented inspection rather than a quote over the phone.

From concern to closeout
01

02
Assess
We inspect and document the roof’s actual condition with photos.
03
Scope
You receive a written repair scope and clear next steps.
04
Coordinate
We schedule, complete, and close out the repair.
We serve Wyoming and Colorado and confirm your property’s service area before scheduling. If a repair isn’t the right long-term answer, we’ll say so and walk through replacement options rather than sell you a patch.
Straight answers
Common questions
How do you decide repair vs. replacement?
We base it on the documented inspection — the roof’s age, the extent of damage, and what will actually hold up in Wyoming and Colorado weather. You get a clear explanation either way.
Will insurance cover my repair?
We can’t promise coverage or claim approval. We document the damage and scope clearly; claim and carrier decisions stay with you and your insurer.
Do you repair storm and hail damage?
Yes, within our Wyoming and Colorado roofing lane. For heavier storm restoration we can point you to the right resource.
How soon can you look at it?
We confirm scheduling and service area for your property when you reach out. Tell us the location and what’s happening.
Have a leak or storm damage?
Request a documented repair assessment — we confirm service area and scheduling for your property when you reach out.
How it goes: reach out → we confirm service area, scope, and capacity → we schedule.
